Talk about an extensive collection! The NYX Cosmetics Spring 2013 Collection is simply incredible and they have released some amazing products and gorgeous palettes. This time around, I will be reviewing the NYX Cosmetics Love In Paris Eyeshadow Palette. I received these palettes from NYX for my review and evaluation and also was able to get my hands on one at the Spring 2013 Launch Event. I love my NYX single shadows and palettes and this product is no different!
The Fall in Love in Paris Palette is available in 12 different color selections! Yes…twelve! That’s a normal Spring Collection in itself! Each palette contains 9 gorgeous colors that compliment all skin tones to create a variety of looks! This is the first collection that is debuting the New NYX Bow Compact. Although I think that the palette is adorable, as it is adorned with a cute little bow closure, I find it a tad difficult to open. I have seen professional makeup artists use this palette and have had issues attempting to open the case. Charming, but not makeup artist friendly. Perhaps after a few opens and closings, the closure will loosen up a bit, but at first, it’s sort of awkward.

I would have to say, that even though I love the Smokey and Natural Palettes from the Spring 2013 Collection (see my full review here) I think I may like these palettes the best! I feel like the eyeshadows are a bit more velvety and less chalky. Furthermore, the color payoff is intense and seems to be long lasting. Some of the shades are better than others, but all in all, the palettes are gorgeous. NYX Cosmetics sent me You Are in Seine and Je Ne Sais Quoi and I just love them!

There you have it! Another successful NYX product review! Sure, no product is perfect and there is always something that is going to be a hit or miss, but overall, I am very happy with this collection! The NYX Love in Paris Eyeshadow Palettes are only $10.00 and can be found in-stores and online.
