I just love Kryolan Professional Makeup. I will admit, I don’t have a lot of the brand in my collection, but from what I do own, I love! I knew I was going to be a fan of Kryolan when I saw Miss Chievous continuously use their products. Once I saw her use the Trio Goddess Palette in her Spring Trend Video, I knew I had to get my hands on some of their cosmetics. I did a review a few months back which told the story of my first experience with Kryolan and I had nothing but positive things to say. Well...the optimism continues! A representative from Kryolan was kind enough to send me one of their Satin Powders in Copper for my review and evaluation, and I’ve come to the conclusion that Kryolan is simply fabulous!
The Kryolan Satin Powder is an iridescent, micro-fine eyedust that provides brilliant shimmer in 48 shades! I was absolutely stunned with the smooth application and pigmentation. Although the shade that I received is not one that I would wear often, I must get my hands on a few of these, especially the opal and pearl blue shades! Some of these colors would also work well as a highlighter or even a blush or bronzer, which I think is awesome!
One of the best parts about the Satin Powders are its longevity. Kryolan Professional specializes in costume and theater makeup, so staying power is a must for their products! Most powders like this come in a package with multi-hole distribution, however Kryolan has opted for a large single hole, which makes it a lot easier to pick up product! Just be sure not to drop it…it will create quite a mess!

I am not usually big on loose powdered eyeshadows, but these are amazing and I would expect nothing less from Kryolan. About a month ago, I had the honor of seeing Kryolan makeup artists at work behind the scenes at the Joanna Mastroianni at Fashion Week! I was surrounded by Kryolan products, talented makeup artists and fabulous representatives, which has made me more of a Kryolan lover! I cannot wait to try some more of their products because their high quality products and customer service never fails to impress me!
